OUR MISSION

OUR STORY

Isaac Cano began recognizing his decrease in motivation and energy at his remote job in 2024.
He also begin sensing his social anxiety and depression starting to rise.

To help address the problem, Isaac started seeing a therapist to help overcome some of his social anxiety and low motivation. In his therapy sessions, he realized that some of his mental wellness issues were due to being isolated from others in his work place.

This started his journey of inviting friends and people on social media who worked remotely to join him once per week at local coffee shops for coworking days. He began to notice the positive effects it had on his attitude, behaviors and production at work.

In an effort to raise awareness about social anxiety and the epidemic of loneliness, Isaac with some friends started COWORKING SPACES - a voluntary initiative to help coordinate opportunities and spaces that allowed remote workers to connect with others.

We invite you to connect with our community!

3 WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

The most courageous step you can take is driving yourself to a coworking space. Yes - that requires drive time, some gas in your car and dealing with traffic.

It's also an opportunity to grow listening to an audio book or podcast or getting energized with your favorite music.

Whatever it takes, just show up.

ONE: SHOW UP

You made it to the coworking site. Great job!

Next, be brave enough to introduce yourself to others. Take a minute or two to share what you do for work or school. Most importantly, just be yourself!

Once you've connected with some people, grab some coffee or tea, connect to the wifi and enjoy working or studying with those around you.

TWO: SHARE CONVERSATION
